Breaking Through the Veil: Healing Trauma and Reclaiming Your Light by Sibyl English

In a world that often asks us to carry on, push through, and keep going, many of us unknowingly bury the heartbreak, grief, and sadness that hold us back from our fullest potential. For women especially, the silent struggles of emotional pain can feel like an unspoken burden — one that isolates and overwhelms, leaving us numb to our true power. But here’s the truth: healing isn’t just possible; it’s your birthright.

The Veil of Silent Pain

Grief, betrayal, and the echoes of emotional sabotage can act like a heavy veil, obscuring the clarity and brightness of your inner light. Whether this veil takes the form of toxic relationships, unhealed wounds, or the lies we’ve told ourselves to I getsurvive, it’s time to rip it down. Healing starts when we acknowledge the pain we’ve carried and choose to confront it with courage and compassion.

But why is it so hard to take that first step? Often, we fear what lies on the other side. What if we discover that the person we thought we were isn’t who we truly are? What if we realize we’ve been dimming our light to accommodate others? These questions are valid — but they’re also the doorway to freedom.

Reclaiming Your Light

Healing is not just about mending what’s broken; it’s about reclaiming what’s been hidden. Imagine standing in the full glory of your light, free from the distortions of past pain. What could you create? How would you live? Reclaiming your light means stepping into your power, owning your truth, and letting go of the illusions that keep you stuck.

Here are three steps to begin your journey:

1. Acknowledge the Pain

You can’t heal what you won’t face. Sit with your emotions and give yourself permission to feel them fully. Journal your thoughts, cry if you need to, or speak with someone you trust. Remember, acknowledgment is the first step toward liberation.

2. Release the Toxic Influences

Whether it’s relationships, environments, or habits, let go of anything that no longer serves your highest good. This can be one of the hardest parts of the journey, especially when it involves people you care about. But your light is worth protecting.

3. Step Into Abundance

Once the veil is lifted, you’ll begin to see the limitless possibilities that await you. Healing opens the flow of abundance, allowing you to manifest your divine purpose, financial wealth, and spiritual freedom. Embrace this phase with gratitude and an open heart.

The Power of Community

While healing is a deeply personal journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. Surround yourself with a community that uplifts and inspires you.
